Once you order the impression kit we will sent the kit out in 1 day. Upon receiving the kit follow the simple instruction to take the impression.

Please send us the photos of impressions thru Email or text message (number will provide in the instructions) for review and approval.

After approval use the shipping label we provide to sent the impression back to us.

Once we receive your impression, the impression will be make to 2 stone models, first one we call a "working model" which we use this one as primary model to work on and second model will be use after your product its finished to double check the accuracy of the product.

Everyone bites different, to make sure you are comfortable with the new denture, sometime it is necessary to take a wax bite registration, this step is to determent your bite relationship. The wax bite will be sent it to you again with a instruction to guild you through the 5-10 min process. 

After the wax bite registration, we will make a product out of wax with plastic teeth.

Try in with teeth is a step that you will see what the denture teeth look like in your mouth before the denture is finalized,

Are you able to bite, talk normally, and any adjustment we will need to make. Please notice this is not the finish product and because it's made out of wax, this may feel a little lose in your mouth. 

Now, we've got all we need, you can seat back and wait our experienced technician to craft your product. We understand your urge to get the products, so the technician will work as fast as possible but also maintain the quality. When the product are finished they will be sent out on the same day.
